Our programs — Community Based Day, Agency with Choice, Intensive Flexible Family Support and Autism Only Programs provide options for individuals with disabilities to live more independently in their own community.

At UCP we offer many program options to support people with disabilities who want to remain independent in their own communities. Programs are based on each individuals level of need, the participants age and funding sources.

In each of these programs UCP also offers assistive technology and durable medical equipment evaluations and referrals to people who need it, along with educational advocacy.
