Our Department of Elementary Secondary Education (DESE) helps children up to age 22, live safely at home.

The Department of Elementary Secondary Education (DESE) is a program funded by the State of MA, through the Department of Education and Department of Developmental Services (DDS). This program is for children with higher levels of need. Participants can be up to the age of 22, and must be receiving DDS services. The goal is to keep them living safely at home with their families and loved ones, and out of institutional settings and schools.

This program also helps children work towards goals such as social integration, life skills, and community inclusion. In addition, this program can provide opportunities for behavior specialists and therapy.

We support the entire family structure by offering assistance with applications and referrals.
