Our In-Home Support Program provides support for individuals with disabilities, who have MASS Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) funding in place.

UCP’s In-Home Support Program requires participants to have MASS Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) funding in place and be 22  years old and above. If participants need a Personal Care Attendant (PSA) Program, adult companionship or assistance with life skills, UCP can provide Service Navigation, make assessments and referrals for people who qualify. If program participants already have a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Program  through MRC for help with activities of daily living, UCP can serve as a Surrogate, to manage and oversee that program for quality control, if necessary.
