A Letter From Our C.E.O.

Dear Friends of UCP of Western Massachusetts,

As the year comes to a close, I am filled with gratitude and admiration for the incredible community that has supported us every step of the way. Together, we have achieved milestones that not only changed lives but transformed possibilities—and YOU MADE IT HAPPEN.

This year, we were able to:

  • Expanded our services, ensuring more individuals and families have access to the resources they need to thrive.
  • Our direct service providers who are one on one with members empowered dozens of individuals with different abilities to secure meaningful opportunities and independence.
  • Innovative programs like advancement of the Berkshire Talking Chronicle radio show, growth in the Pioneer Valley,  expansion of Autism services, development Remote Supports Services, Outdoor Camping, and Assistive Technology reached new heights, breaking barriers and opening doors for those we serve.
  • Improve our employment strategies ensuring we have a culture of Respect, Integrity, Communication and Empathy.

The community’s belief in our mission fuels everything we do. This support ensures that no challenge is too great, and no dream is out of reach. The strength of our community is unmatched, and the impact of your generosity is boundless. Whether you’ve volunteered your time, shared your expertise, donated resources, or amplified our message, YOU MADE IT HAPPEN.

As we look ahead to 2025, we are more energized than ever to build on these successes. With your partnership, we will continue to create pathways to inclusion, opportunity, and equity for everyone in Western Massachusetts.

On behalf of our entire team and the individuals we are honored to serve, thank you for being the heart of UCP of Western MA. Together, we are changing lives and shaping a brighter future.
