We’re helping children and their families achieve their goals for increased independence.

SSP ABA  Services Program

At UCP of Western Massachusetts, we are proud to offer our Department of Public Health–certified Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) Specialty Service Provider (SSP) ABA Services Program. This program is designed to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as well as Down Syndrome and their families through compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based care. For children transitioning out of Early Intervention, UCP can continue to provide services beyond age 3 to ensure continuity of care up to age 22. All services are billed to private or public insurance, with the Department of Public Health serving as the payer of last resort. Co-pays/deductibles may apply with exception of the EIBI services.

What We Do

Our program delivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services led by a team of highly trained professionals dedicated to helping your child grow, learn, and thrive. We collaborate closely with families to develop individualized treatment plans that build on your child’s strengths while supporting meaningful skill development.

From your very first interaction with us, you can expect:

  • A compassionate and experienced team ready to support and guide you
  • A comprehensive intake process and assessment conducted by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Clear communication and support as you navigate services and next steps
  • A smooth and supportive transition into ongoing care

Our Approach

We take a family-centered approach to care, recognizing that meaningful progress happens through collaboration. Our team works alongside caregivers to promote independence, strengthen skills, and support long-term success across home and community settings. Services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and family, ensuring that goals are functional, individualized, and aligned with everyday life.
