RAMPS
UCP of Western Massachusetts DOES NOT build ramps or have ample UCP funding or resources for ramp purchases.
We do have portable suitcase ramps for LOAN through the ATRC MassAbility Program. These are for 30 days or a specified period ONLY. To be used for short-term accommodation.
UCP suitcase ramps are 4 ft long. This supports an 8 in rise. This type of ramp is good for carrying around the in car and for use getting up onto curbs or clearing a single step into a home or other location.
UCP does not take any responsibility for use or misuse of the portable ramp.
Please refer to the following resources for help with longer or permanent ramp installation.
